Terms and Conditions for Copper State Auto Care
1. Service Agreement By scheduling a detailing service with Copper State Auto Care, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms are intended to ensure the highest level of service and mutual respect.
2. Appointment Booking and Deposit • All appointments require a non-refundable 25% deposit of the service cost to secure the booking. • The deposit amount will be applied to the total cost of the service. • If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the deposit will be forfeited.
3. Payment Terms • Payment is due immediately upon completion of services. • We accept Cash, Debit and Credit Cards. • Failure to make payment in full may result in additional fees and legal action if necessary.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment will not incur any additional fees but will result in the loss of the deposit. • Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the appointment. After that, a new deposit will be required.
5. No-Show and Late Arrival Policy • If the client is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the appointment may be canceled, resulting in the forfeiture of the deposit. • No-shows will be charged a fee of 50% of the service cost in addition to losing the deposit.
6. Service Limitations and Expectations • We make every effort to provide top-quality detailing, but some stains, odors, and damages may not be fully removable or repairable. • Copper State Auto Care is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to dents, scratches, or other issues.
7. Client Responsibilities • The client must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before the appointment. Copper State Auto Care is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle. • The client must ensure that there is adequate space and access to water and electricity (if applicable) at the location of service.
8. Liability and Damages • While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, Copper State Auto Care is not liable for any damage that may occur during the detailing process unless due to negligence. • The client agrees to release Copper State Auto Care from liability for any minor scratches, scuffs, or incidental damage.
9. Weather Policy • In cases of inclement weather, we may need to reschedule appointments. Clients will be contacted as soon as possible, and deposits will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.
10. Satisfaction Guarantee • If you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know within 24 hours. We will make every reasonable effort to address any concerns. • Refunds are not typically provided, but we will work to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
11. Privacy and Data Collection • Copper State Auto Care respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. • Information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purposes of providing services and communicating with clients.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions • Copper State Auto Care reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes before their next appointment.
13. Acceptance of Terms By scheduling and accepting services from Copper State Auto Care, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
